Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
– Be unused and in its original condition
– Be in the original packaging
– Not show signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been used or worn.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We will offer:
– A replacement, or
– A full refund (no return required in most cases)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
